Valley Art supports several major events during the year:

First Wednesday
Valley Art is particpating with the businesses of Forest Grove. We are open until 8 pm "First Wednesday" of every month featuring special events; wine tastings, music, and farmers market May thru October.

Arts and Flowers
Arts & Flowers is a Valley Art Fundraiser. The event is held annually to encourage artistic participation from Washington County schools.

Chalk Art
This event encourages you to "release the artist within." Come and create a masterpiece on the sidewalks of historic downtown Forest Grove. Work individually or as a team. There is music, balloons, and other great entertainment. Come and join us.

Saturday, September 18th, 2010 -- runs 8 am - 4 pm

Valley Art Association's Sidewalk Chalk Art Festival has been a Forest Grove signature event since 1990.  The festival falls on the third Saturday of September every year rain or shine. 

Annual Artist Event
November and December

Nearly 100 Northwest artists contribute to the success of the show with oils, watercolors, pottery, woodworking, fabric art, pastels, fused and blown glass, woven baskets, jewelry and more.

Children's Elf Workshop

In this series of Saturday events just before the holidays, your own little "elf" can explore his or her own creativity while making gifts for family and friends. Meanwhile, parents can do their own holiday chores without their little helpers!
